Amy Glassman

The recent Supreme Court decision on disparate impact and HUD's new regulation defining what communities should do to affirmatively further fair housing are creating both excitement around a renewed federal commitment and uncertainty about what rights and obligations states, localities, and other housing stakeholders have. Amy Glassman will serve as a panelist for “New Developments in Fair Housing Law and Policy” at the New York Housing Conference. Panelists will discuss how fair housing policy and law will affect how communities make new investments in revitalization and encourage mobility to areas of opportunity.
