Brendan K. Collins

On June 2, 2014, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency proposed its Clean Power Plan. Black & Veatch and Ballard Spahr have teamed up to create an informational forum to explore its impact on the domestic generation market.

Mr. Collins joins other practitioners from the legal, regulatory, fuel, and power market fields to examine the key questions that owners, investors, and potential investors in the power sector must now consider. In addition, Black & Veatch experts will lead an asset-based case study of the plan's impact within the PJM market using the proprietary Energy Market Perspective methodology.
