John B. Kearney

panelist

Beth Moskow-Schnoll

Program

Mr. Kearney and Ms. Moskow-Schnoll will join a panel including an expert in computer security and digital forensics to examine the growing problem of information piracy. With the move toward a paperless world, clients (and their lawyers) are increasingly vulnerable to attacks on data stored on various digital platforms.

Panelists will explore how clients are at risk, how they can protect their data, and what they should do when their data is stolen. They will discuss how these issues arise in civil litigation and how criminal laws can be implicated.
