The CFPB’s impact on the contact center industry has been enormous. Ms. Jackman joins a panel that will focus on regulatory, supervisory, and enforcement developments at the CFPB that relate to telemarketing. The panelists will also address the effect of the cloud now hanging over CFPB Director Cordray’s appointment in the aftermath of the D.C. Circuit Court’s ruling that the President’s appointments to the NLRB on January 4, 2012, were invalid.
