Mr. Williams, also a litigation associate, represents companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation, government and internal investigations, securities litigation, and regulatory proceedings. He is the leader of Ballard Spahr’s Black Lawyers Group, which supports the recruitment, retention, development and advancement of Black lawyers across the firm.
