Ballard Spahr Represents Jazwares in Its Acquisition of Wicked Cool Toys

Ballard Spahr represented Jazwares, LLC, a leading toy and consumer products company that is a subsidiary of Alleghany Capital Corporation, in its acquisition of Wicked Cool Toys Holdings, LLC (WCT).

WCT is a rapidly growing toy company that designs, develops, and produces licensed and owned properties, including plush, action figures, fashion accessories, and games. Jazwares produces innovative toys and other products such as musical instruments and kid-friendly consumer electronics.

The Ballard Spahr deal team was led by Gregory L. Seltzer, a partner in the firm's Philadelphia office, and included Associates Kimberly W. Klayman, Christian R. Barnes, and Jody L. Ferris.
