Michele Rowland Elected to Board of Denver Chapter of Association for Corporate Growth

September 12, 2019

Michele Rowland, a Business and Transactions partner in Ballard Spahr's Denver office, has been elected to the board of directors of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Denver. Ms. Rowland will serve a three-year term on the board.

"ACG does more than any other organization I know of to promote corporate growth in the middle-market space," Ms. Rowland said. "I'm honored to be able to work even more closely with ACG and to help our regional business ecosystem grow stronger and more robust."

Ms. Rowland represents middle-market companies in complex M&A and finance transactions, including competitive auctions, carve-outs, dispositions, cross-border transactions, and platform add-on strategies, as well as debt financings, private placements and restructuring transactions, and representing private fund investors.

Ms. Rowland's participation in the leadership of ACG Denver is reflective of the Denver office at large, which prioritizes serving Denver's dynamic business community.

"I'm very proud of the attorneys in our office for being so involved in the Denver community," said Office Managing Partner Kim Reed. "It's important to invest time and effort in our clients, of course, but it's also important that we give back to the businesses and organizations that have helped us succeed."

Nationwide, ACG has approximately 14,500 members and serves 90,000 investors, owners, lenders, and advisers to middle-market companies.
