Steven Suflas Named to Corporate Employment Lawyers Hall of Fame for 2019

Steven W. Suflas, a Labor and Employment law partner at Ballard Spahr, has been named to the Corporate Employment Lawyers Hall of Fame for 2019.

Attorneys named to the list are selected by Lawdragon and Human Resources Executive magazine. They must have practiced employment law for a minimum of 35 years and have displayed "all-around excellence in counseling clients, contributing to the bar, and serving as a visionary to improve workplaces."

Mr. Suflas practiced in Ballard Spahr's New Jersey office for decades before moving to Denver, where he served as Office Managing Partner from June 2015 to June 2019.

"I'm honored that my clients across the country have turned to me for help with their employment law matters. To receive this recognition on top of having earned the trust of my clients is truly satisfying," Mr. Suflas said. "Employment law touches every American worker, and I have been lucky to have been involved with its evolution over the last four decades in my speaking and writing, as well as my practice."

Altogether, 20 attorneys were named to the Corporate Employment Lawyer Hall of Fame this year.
