Ballard Spahr represented Concentric Equity Partners (CEP) in the formation and capitalization of a new holding company Mountain Waste & Recycling, Inc. (MWR), based in Carbondale, Colorado. MWR will be the parent company for established waste haulers Mountain Roll-offs and InterMountain Waste & Recycling.

MWR will provide waste and recycling services to residential, commercial and municipal customers in Colorado’s Roaring Fork, Grand, and Vail Valleys. It will be jointly-owned by members of the management team, local investors, and CEP.

Concentric Equity Partners, a private investment firm based in Chicago, provides capital and strategic support to service companies pursuing rapid growth. It is the direct investing arm of Financial Investments Corporation, a private asset management firm with more than $1 billion in investment commitments under management.
