Ballard Spahr has moved its New Jersey office, established more than a decade ago, to the Woodland Falls Corporate Park, a lakeside location near one of the state's major thoroughfares.

"Having an office in Cherry Hill also puts us at the commercial heart of the area and just five miles from our Center City Philadelphia office," said Steven W. Suflas, managing partner of the office. "Woodland Falls has easy access to the N.J. Turnpike, I-295, and Routes 70 and 38."

Ballard Spahr continues its commitment to serving the legal needs of New Jersey businesses. The office is home to robust practices in labor and employment, litigation, and real estate. The firm's products liability practice is based in the New Jersey office, and a significant portion of the firm's corporate bankruptcy work is handled there as well. Environmental law is also a practice area.

The office serves a diverse and impressive group of clients, including developers, universities, municipalities, health care systems, and businesses ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to family-owned operations. Clients include DuPont, Valero Energy Corporation, Virtua, Kennedy Health System, and Comcast.

The 25 Ballard Spahr attorneys based in Cherry Hill live in the area and participate in local business and community organizations. The office—now at 210 Lake Drive East, Suite 200, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002-1163—was established in 1999 with the acquisition of an 11-lawyer firm and was previously located in Voorhees.
