Teri M. Guarnaccia, a partner in the law firm of Ballard Spahr LLP, has been elected president of the Board of Directors of The Baltimore Station.

The Baltimore Station provides self-help programs in a safe, caring residential setting to support men, most of whom are veterans, who are transitioning from the cycle of poverty, substance abuse, and homelessness to self-sufficiency.

Ms. Guarnaccia is a partner in Ballard Spahr's Public Finance Department and a member of the firm's Housing, Real Estate, Transactional Finance, and P3/Infrastructure Groups. In addition to participating in real estate finance transactions, including the representation of large institutional lenders, she concentrates her practice in the public finance area, where she has acted as underwriter's counsel and bond counsel in numerous tax-exempt and taxable bond financings.
