Lynn E. Rzonca, managing partner of the Philadelphia office of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, has been named co-chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Commission on Women in the Profession Mentoring Task Force.

The task force coordinates the commission's "LINK" Mentoring Program, which matches young female bar members with experienced female lawyers, who provide advice on topics including professionalism, career development, leadership, and work-life balance.

"One of the best ways for young female lawyers to succeed and grow in our field is to learn directly from the women who've gone before them," Ms. Rzonca said. "The Commission on Women in the Profession is one of the largest, most active groups within the bar association, and I'm pleased to have the opportunity to play a role in its further development of up-and-coming women attorneys."

Listed in both Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business and The Best Lawyers in America for intellectual property, Ms. Rzonca was recently featured in Philadelphia magazine's "Best of Philly" issue for her mentoring. Earlier this year, Governor Edward G. Rendell named her one of the commonwealth's "Best 50 Women in Business."
