Associates Isaac P. Hernandez, Craig C. Hoffman, and Riley S. Snow have joined the Litigation Department of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP and are resident in the firm's Phoenix office.

Mr. Hernandez, who joined the firm today, is also a member of the Labor, Employment and Immigration Group. He represents employers in discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination actions in state and federal court and before the National Labor Relations Board. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and is a member of the Los Abogados (Maricopa County Hispanic Bar Association) and the Hispanic National Bar Association.

Mr. Hoffman joined the firm's Business Litigation Group earlier this month and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters. Mr. Hoffman comes to Ballard with a broad-based litigation background, having represented clients in contract, securities, intellectual property, antitrust, and class action matters. Mr. Hoffman is a graduate of the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law.

Mr. Snow joined the Environmental Group in June. He is noted for his experience with water rights and environmental litigation. Mr. Snow's clients include water conservancy districts, private irrigation companies, irrigation districts, drainage districts, and private water users. He serves on the executive committee of the Utah Section of the American Water Resources Association and is a member of the Environmental Law Section of the Utah State Bar and the Water Resources Committee of the American Bar Association. He earned his law degree at the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law.
