Sean J. Bellew joins Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP today as of counsel in the Litigation Department and the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, announced Tobey Daluz, managing partner of the firm's Wilmington, Del., office.

David A. Felice will join Ballard, as an associate in the Litigation Department, beginning September 22. Both are formerly of Cozen O'Connor.

"Sean and David are well-respected lawyers, and we are pleased to have them join our Wilmington office and the Litigation Department,” said Daluz. "Their experience in the federal and state courts will enhance our Litigation Department on both the local and national level. Moreover, their addition to the firm considerably expands our commercial litigation practice in Delaware."

Mr. Bellew has extensive litigation experience and tried multiple cases to verdict as lead counsel before the Delaware Superior Court, Court of Chancery, U.S. District Courts, and U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Bellew concentrates his diverse practice in the areas of commercial and corporate litigation, as well as in all aspects of bankruptcy and corporate reorganizations.

Mr. Felice focuses his practice in corporate and commercial litigation matters. He has extensive commercial litigation experience representing clients in cases in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and the Delaware Superior Court. He also has experience in the Delaware Court of Chancery involving the defense of fiduciary duty actions, demands for inspection of corporate books and records, petitions for advancement and indemnification of directors' legal fees, and other matters governed by Delaware corporate law.
