Mr. Beenstock is a partner in the Real Estate Department and a member of the Eminent Domain Group, Housing Group, Real Estate Leasing Group, Real Estate Finance Group, Real Estate Development Group, and Environmental Group. His practice is concentrated in the areas of general real estate transactions and litigation with an emphasis on redevelopment law, eminent domain, affordable housing law, and land development.

Mr. Boren is a partner in the Litigation Department and a member of the Construction Group, Labor, Employment & Immigration Group, and Product Liability and Mass Tort Group. He concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.

Ms. Clemons is a partner in the Litigation Department, a member of the Labor, Employment & Immigration Group, and a member of the Corporate Diversity Practice. Her practice includes a broad range of labor and employment litigation and counseling, including discrimination, harassment and other civil rights litigation, at-will litigation, restrictive covenant claims, trade secret claims, ERISA litigation, and the preparation of affirmative action programs.

Ms. Shapiro-Cyr is a partner in the Real Estate Department and a member of the Housing, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Leasing, Real Estate Finance, Transactional Finance, and Zoning and Land Use Groups. She represents clients in connection with real estate acquisitions, development, leasing, and financing.

Mr. Goswami is a partner in the Business & Finance Department and a member of the Transactional Finance Group, as well as the Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity Group and Life Sciences/Technology Group. His practice focuses on structuring, documenting, and negotiating a wide variety of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured revolving credit facilities, term loans, asset-based loans, acquisition financing, and second lien and mezzanine loans.

Mr. McClure is a partner in the Real Estate Department and a member of the Real Estate Development Group, Zoning and Land Use Group, Eminent Domain Group, Real Estate Finance Group, Telecommunications Group, Government Relations & Regulatory Affairs Group, Transactional Finance Group, and Higher Education Industry Group. He counsels numerous developers, nonprofits, and universities in connection with a full range of real estate matters. Mr. McClure's practice includes heavy emphasis on development, land use, zoning, and historic preservation matters.

Ms. Mooney is a partner in the Litigation Department and a member of the Environmental Group and the Climate Change Group. She represents clients in a wide range of civil and criminal environmental litigation, transactional and regulatory counseling, and compliance matters.

Ms. Smith is a partner in the Litigation Department and a member of the Corporate and Government Investigations and White Collar Defense Group, Health Care Group, the Medicare Part D Compliance Team, and the Higher Education Industry Group. She focuses her practice on developing corporate compliance and governance programs for public and private clients of all sizes and across all industry segments.

Mr. Stern is a partner in the firm's Litigation Department and member of the Business Litigation Group. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, business litigation, administrative law, and election law. He regularly represents clients in Nevada's state and federal courts, as well as in administrative proceedings and arbitrations.
