John B. Kearney, partner in the Litigation Department at Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, has assumed a position as adjunct professor at Rutgers University School of Law - Camden.
For the spring semester, Mr. Kearney is teaching a class of second- and third-year law students in Pre-Trial Advocacy. The class combines lectures, demonstrations, and mock exercises to train the next generation of litigators.
Mr. Kearney is a member of Ballard's Product Liability and Mass Tort Group, Environmental Group, Insurance Group, and Business Litigation Group. His practice has focused on complex civil litigation with a special emphasis on products liability, toxic tort, environmental ,and commercial litigation, as well as alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.
