Stephen J. Kastenberg, partner in the Litigation Department at Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, was a contributing author in the American Bar Association's recently issued Sixth Edition of Antitrust Law Developments.

Mr. Kastenberg's contribution to the book was the section on defining and demonstrating monopoly power.  Antitrust Law Developments is written by American Bar Association Antitrust Section members and has reports on administrative and legislative developments as well as current case law.  The Sixth Edition contains updated information in all aspects of antitrust law. 

Mr. Kastenberg is vice chair of Ballard's Litigation Department and is the partner in charge of the Business Litigation Practice Group.  He is also a member of the Corporate and Government Investigations and White Collar Defense Practice Group, the Life Sciences/Technology Practice Group and the Public Private Partnerships (P3) Group. He focuses his practice on complex business litigation with an emphasis on antitrust and corporate governance litigation.
