A Delaware federal judge has tossed a proposed Employee Retirement Income Security Act class action accusing DuPont of keeping workers in the dark about their eligibility for pension benefits, ruling that there was "significant confusion" about what claims were brought in the case. Beth Moskow-Schnoll, Brittany M. Giusini, David S. Fryman and Katherine J. Atkinson represented DuPont.
