The Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press told a Manhattan federal judge that broad nondisclosure agreements leave campaign workers perilously exposed to civil liability. Their comment was part of an amicus brief filed in the case of Jessica Denson, a former aide to President Donald Trump who is seeking a ruling that NDAs signed with the president's election campaign are non-enforceable. Denson is represented by Ballard Spahr.
