Steve T. Park, a public finance partner in the Philadelphia office, represented the nonprofit P3 Foundation as it acquired 29 properties within walking distance of Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

P3, a nonprofit, will issue up to $30 million in tax-exempt bonds through the Lancaster Industrial Development Authority to obtain ownership and lease rights for the properties.

The properties, which are mostly row houses, are occupied by about 240 students during the school year. The students “won’t really know the difference,” said Mr. Park.
