Law360 reached out to Ashley Kissinger of Ballard Spahr’s Media and Entertainment Group for an article on a defamation lawsuit filed in response to a document that was released containing a list of men accused of sexual misconduct.

The Google spreadsheet list allowed women to share accusations of harassment by powerful men. The lawsuit threatened to reveal the identities of the women who contributed to the list, a possible violation of the First Amendment right to anonymous online speech.
