Ballard Spahr just rolled out newly developed technology designed to help give clients increased value, cost predictability, transparency, and efficiency. The solution includes four tools (ValueMatters, ClientView/ClientConnect, DocBuilder, and CaseTracker) meant to work together to provide clients with the best experience and results.

Melissa Prince, the firm's Chief Value Officer, oversaw the project. She said, "This is where the industry is headed. If you don’t develop something like it, other firms will and you’ll be behind.
