Over one third of Australian in-house counsel have experienced a corporate data breach, according to a report from the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Foundation. The foundation released its ACC Foundation: The State of Cybersecurity Report last week, revealing that it is not just private practice firms that have to worry about data breaches.

The global report, underwritten by Ballard Spahr LLP, includes information from more than 1,000 in-house counsel at 887 organizations in 30 countries.
