According to a new study released by a group called the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance just over a third of the U.S. lawyers promoted to partner by the country's largest firms in the past year were female—however, their study revealed that several Am Law 100 firms elected no new U.S. female partners in 2015.

Ballard Spahr was among the firms that promoted the highest percentage of women with six of the nine new partners being female.
