The Boro, a 4.2 million-square-foot mixed-use development planned for Tysons, is coming together, seemingly all at once.

In the last three weeks, Bethesda-based developer The Meridian Group agreed to pay $100 million for the remaining Tysons land that will be home to The Boro, earned a trademark for the project’s name, and picked up a recommendation of approval from Fairfax County planning staff. Roger Winston, Tim Martin, and Julie Brillman are advising the developers of The Boro on condominium structuring, management, operation, and ownership issues.
