Honeywell International Inc. and several other defendants in a $42 million groundwater cleanup suit told an Arizona federal court Tuesday that disqualified firm Gallagher & Kennedy PA was still involved in the case, while groundwater operator Roosevelt Irrigation District argued in a separate filing that the firm has complied with the court's order.
