A federal judge has dismissed a $100 million lawsuit filed against Howard University by the former developer of Howard Town Center. At issue was whether the university had the right to terminate its agreement with Cohen Cos., the developer of the mixed-use project, once Cohen failed to submit a $1.475 million rent payment by the stipulated deadline. Ballard Spahr attorneys Timothy F. McCormack and Michelle M. McGeogh represented the university.
