A federal judge issued a $35 million settlement for a class action case involving major drug company GlaxoSmithKline's (GSK) product Flonase. The plaintiffs claim GSK blocked the sale of a generic version of the nasal spray by filing false petitions, causing indirect purchasers of the drug to overpay for the spray. Attorneys from Ballard Spahr represented GSK in the case.
