Ballard Spahr litigator Abran Vigil is representing U.S. Bank National Association in a claim involving the Liberace Foundation for the Performing and Creative Arts in Clark County District Court. U.S. Bank claims the foundation defaulted on a $1.9 million loan, having made monthly payments on it from May 2000 to February 2012, when it allegedly defaulted. The foundation was the nonprofit behind the now-closed Liberace Museum in Las Vegas.
