The new Philadelphia Zoning Code will take effect in August. Whatever your role with respect to property development in the City, you will be affected by the new Code. In the first of our four-part series of breakfast briefings, we will outline how the Code is organized, discuss some of the most important changes—base zoning districts, as-of-right permits, and conditional permits—and offer tips for navigating the new Code.
