The current crisis continues to present a host of challenges to employers making decisions about furloughing and/or laying off employees, providing employee leave, and taking advantage of relief provisions offered to employers. This program will help employers navigate these decisions and address how to claim employment tax-related credits. Topics to be covered include:

  • Leave requirements, including the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA)
  • Tax credits and tax incentives offered by the CARES Act and the FFCRA
