This program will address the legal issues (in both union and non-union workplaces) that employers face in responding to the pandemic, including bargaining obligations, workplace policies, and employee complaints and protests. We will also address how COVID-19 is affecting the NLRB’s administrative processes, including new rulemaking on elections and union recognitions.
