Please join us for a recap of the most significant developments impacting educational entities in 2018 and actions these institutions will want to consider in 2019 and beyond.

This includes the effect of the Supreme Court’s Janus decision on public universities and charter schools, recent developments in discrimination laws such as #MeToo and Title IX, and the latest wage & hour developments and the impact they have on educational institutions.
