Please join us for a recap of the most significant developments impacting educational entities in 2018 and actions these institutions will want to consider in 2019 and beyond.

This includes the effect of the Supreme Court’s Janus decision on public universities and charter schools, recent developments in discrimination laws such as #MeToo and Title IX, and the latest wage & hour developments and the impact they have on educational institutions. We will also discuss the NLRB’s new look at the status of charter schools, state and local paid leave developments, employment aspects of the recent admissions bribery scandals, and the rise in employee class action suits against universities related to retirement benefits and 401(k) plans.
