As the Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights continues enforcement activity under Title IX, courts are increasingly responsive to accused students' due process and fairness claims. Educational institutions are tasked with conducting prompt and equitable investigations while balancing competing interests.

This webinar will discuss considerations in conducting campus Title IX investigations, including best practices for investigating sexual misconduct claims; emerging issues related to technology-based evidence including issues related to cyberstalking and social media; and lessons learned from recent court decisions in Title IX litigation.

Additional information about the remaining programs for the 2016 series and registration links for future programs will be posted regularly here.
