In 2015, the Philadelphia Home Rule Charter was amended, reorganizing the planning and real estate development review functions of the City. These changes affect the decision-making process for projects big and small. Please join us for a discussion on these changes and related City administration reforms led by two of the City's top decision makers: Anne Fadullon, Director of the Office of Planning and Development, and David Perri, Commissioner of the Department of Licenses and Inspections.

Matthew N. McClure leads Ballard Spahr's Zoning and Land Use team. He has represented developer and institutional clients in significant urban redevelopment efforts across the City, with high-profile historic preservation issues, and in successful land use appellate matters. Before joining the firm, Matt handled media relations for the U.S. Conference of Mayors and worked in the Office of then-Mayor Edward G. Rendell.
