This webinar is a sequel to our extraordinarily popular webinar in December titled: "Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About CFPB Exams but Have Been Afraid To Ask: An Insider’s Perspective." We will answer questions about a wide range of issues pertaining to CFPB investigations and enforcement actions, including best practices for handling NORA and PARR letters. Collectively, the panel members have handled dozens of recent CFPB investigations and enforcement actions and will pose questions to one another that provide insights into how to effectively approach and manage a CFPB investigation, as well as how to best position yourself for a successful resolution that minimizes the potential for penalties and negative press.

We also will take questions in advance. As all members of the consumer financial services industry are subject to the CFPB's enforcement authority, this webinar will be a unique opportunity for everyone to gain insight into how the investigation process really works and how to effectively resolve an enforcement action. The panel will address your questions and offer suggestions on how to successfully navigate the investigatory process from start to finish.

Please let us know what questions you would like our panel to answer by typing your questions into the boxes at the bottom of the registration form. We encourage you to submit up to three questions and will ensure that your anonymity is preserved.
