Recently released Tangible Property Regulations (TPRs) have created opportunities for building owners to expense significant items associated with routine maintenance and capital improvements. Additionally, the IRS has clarified the tax treatment of disposed assets. While these regulations are complex in nature, this program will provide a basic understanding of how the application of strategies associated with these new regulations can save building owners money.
