Proposed revisions to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure are nearly final. Many of the rule changes are designed to lessen the burden of electronic discovery on litigants. Ballard Spahr attorneys Philip N. Yannella, Jason A. Leckerman, and Lindsay D. Breedlove will summarize the rule changes and analyze the potential impact of the new rules as well as their interplay with evolving ethical standards driving the practice of electronic discovery.
