The March 15, 2012, deadline for compliance with the new Americans with Disabilities Act requirements for ATM accessibility to visually impaired persons has come and gone, and it has been widely reported that many ATMs around the country are not yet compliant. A number of class action lawsuits have already been filed against banks on behalf of visually impaired customers of ATMs alleging non-compliance with these new requirements, and more such cases are expected.

Attend this important webinar to learn the many new ADA requirements to ensure that your ATMs are accessible to and independently usable by the visually impaired. These include requirements relating to voice navigation, Braille instructions, tactile symbols, numeric keys, input controls, font and visual contrast, and auxiliary aids or services. We will provide practical tips on how to test your ATMs for compliance, how to minimize your litigation exposure, and how to defend an ADA lawsuit if it is brought against you.
