It's said that what goes around comes around and such is the case for Duane Morris Plaza, a Philadelphia office building.

Put up for sale earlier this year, the 20-story, 617,476-square-foot office tower at 30 S. 17th St. was bought by Oaktree Capital Management in a deal that closed last week for a reported $156 million, according to sources.

Oaktree is no stranger to the property. It once owned the building, formerly known as United Plaza, having bought it in May 2000 for $51.7 million, or about $86 a square foot.
