The Las Vegas office of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP is moving to the top floor of the new Molasky Corporate Center in downtown Las Vegas on March 31. The building is one of only 150 buildings in the world that have currently achieved LEED Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Bill Curran, Managing Partner of Ballard's Las Vegas office, said, "Moving into a green building was just the right decision for us. The benefits to the environment, community, our employees, and our clients is well worth it."

The Molasky Corporate Center is the largest, privately owned green building in Las Vegas. The lobby has an interactive display where visitors can experience the green movement. Developers hope that educating the community will help continue green growth. To achieve the LEED Gold certification, the developers focused on daylighting, minimizing water use, an Underfloor Air Distribution System (UFAD), and a recycling program, among other areas.
