Mr. Andreano, Co-Practice Leader of Ballard Spahr’s Mortgage Banking Group, will serve as faculty for this course highlighting the upcoming changes to residential mortgage rules and TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) reporting requirements.

  • Implementation of the new Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure forms
  • Tolerance thresholds for TILA-RESPA disclosures

  • Requirements and risks related to the involvement of third parties, including title agents and mortgage brokers
