Sarah B. Wallace


Sarah B. Wallace has focused her practice on representing businesses in litigation and appeals for nearly 20 years. Her experience includes mortgage-related litigation, trade secret litigation, breach of contract litigation, employment litigation (including enforcement of non-competition and non-disclosure agreements), and insurance coverage. Sarah regularly represents financial institutions, manufacturers, and software development companies in state and federal proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.

Sarah is well versed in the day-to-day business needs and goals of her clients and serves as primary outside counsel for a number of clients, providing advice on a variety of business situations and contractual matters, identifying risk management solutions, and mitigating litigation exposure.


Representative Matters

  • Successfully defended an action seeking injunctive relief based on a non-compete agreement subsequent to the sale of a business
  • Prevailed on motion to dismiss a wage claim act claim in employment litigation between a manufacturer and its former branch managers
  • Represented a beer manufacturer in a multiple-venue insurance dispute and prevailed on summary judgment or by motion to dismiss in each venue
