Jeremy R. Teaberry has considerable experience with complex real estate lending transactions, both single lender and syndicated transactions, for property acquisitions, large construction projects, refinancings, and public bond financings in 22 states, including loan document drafting and negotiation, due diligence review, and loan closing.
In addition, Jeremy has experience with various corporate and employment law matters, including entity formation, contracts, corporate financing, and workers' compensation. Before practicing law, he was an environmental consultant and researched the statute of limitations for pollution enforcement actions in Ohio.
