
Shauna Pierson is a transactional attorney who counsels publicly traded and privately held companies on a broad spectrum of corporate law matters. She works on mergers and acquisitions transactions, with a particular focus in the health care and higher education fields. Prior to beginning law school, Shauna worked with securitization transactions across multiple asset classes. She was instrumental in coordinating the first wave of Tender Option Bond transactions to comply with newly implemented Dodd-Frank regulations.
Shauna also does compliance and anti-money laundering work. She advises clients on BSA and AML matters, including government and internal investigations.
