Mofe Obadina is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department, focusing her practice on advising public sector clients on P3/infrastructure matters within the transportation, utility, energy, and social infrastructure areas. Mofe participates in deals from procurement, project development, all through financing and also has experience advising clients in design-build-finance, progressive design-build, and other alternate forms of project delivery. Mofe has provided support to clients in Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Pennsylvania.
- Represented the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation in connection with the Major Bridges P3 Initiative Project.
- Represented the Kansas Department of Transportation in connection with a progressive design-build delivery for a highway project.
- Represented the Nebraska Department of Transportation in connection with a CM/GC delivery for a highway project.
