Darnell Morrow is a transactional attorney. He concentrates his practice on real estate financing, including multifamily housing transactions financed conventionally and with agency, warehouse, and construction lenders. Darnell also represents clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters.

Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Darnell represented private sector clients in commercial real estate, land use, zoning, general business, and New York State courts litigation matters. Darnell also has experience advising government entities (including special districts, villages, towns, cities, and county departments) on a broad range of legal and regulatory issues.
