Ronald Millet is a finance attorney with broad experience and a focus in real estate finance and public finance.
Ron has experience drafting and negotiating a variety of loan documentation, collaborating with credit risk management, and working with various stakeholders to develop and implement policies. His transactional work has primarily involved real estate lending, as well as public finance bond financings and credit/liquidity facilities. Ron also has experience in corporate and project finance transactions, rail transportation financings, and letter of credit facilities for insurance companies. During his time as in-house counsel at the New York branch of a major European bank, Ron negotiated vendor contracts and advised on various regulatory matters including outsourcing guidelines, cybersecurity, and data privacy rules.
