She has prepared financial security and commitment agreements for multi-family developments, ensured regulatory compliance for residential and commercial properties, negotiated housing related contracts and agreements, drafted regulatory legislation, and provided advice and counsel regarding property-related matters.

Shanice's work has involved the Tenant & District Opportunity to Purchase Acts, condominium conversion, warranty claims, landlord and tenant matters, the Fair Housing Act, affordable housing development programs, and Low Income Housing Tax Credit developments.
