
Justin W. Lamson is an antitrust and competition, and complex commercial litigation attorney with jury trial, appellate, class action, and international arbitration experience. Justin has represented clients in the pharmaceutical, payment card, and mortgage lending industries in matters involving a wide range of claims, including exclusive dealing, monopolization, trade secret misappropriation, and unfair competition. Justin also has provided clients antitrust compliance counseling in a variety of scenarios.

- Nasdaq, Inc. v. Exch. Traded Managers Grp., 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 270135 (S.D.N.Y. Dec. 20, 2019) Obtained $80 million judgment in favor of Nasdaq after 10 day bench trial on claims that service provider for exchange traded funds misappropriated profits
- Eisai, Inc. v. Sanofi-Aventis US, LLC, 821 F.3d 394 (3d Cir. 2016) Represented on appeal plaintiff Eisai in antitrust case concerning injectable anticoagulant drugs after the District Court had granted summary judgment against its claims
